1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the OTIZHAIR website and services, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Products & Orders
All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities and refuse orders. Product images are for illustration purposes — slight color variations may occur.
3. Flex Payment
Flex Payment is available to registered customers only. By enrolling in a Flex Payment plan, you authorize OTIZHAIR to charge your selected payment method on the agreed schedule. Products under a Flex Payment plan will only be shipped after full payment is received. A 5% processing fee applies to all refund requests on Flex Payment orders.
4. Shipping & Delivery
We ship nationwide across Nigeria. Estimated delivery times are 3–7 business days. OTIZHAIR is not responsible for delays caused by third-party courier services.
5. Returns & Refunds
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused, unaltered items in original packaging. Flex Payment refunds are subject to a 5% processing fee deducted from the total amount paid at the time of refund request.
